Our story
Talent Solutions Group was created after seeing hiring slow teams down through unnecessary steps and disconnected communication. We wanted recruitment to feel clearer, more supportive and genuinely people-focused.
We’ve been on both sides of the hiring table, and it shaped how we built TSG. A founder-led consultancy that works like part of your team, asks better questions and delivers hires who grow with your business.
Founded by Rob, bringing deep in-house, RPO and global TA leadership across Australia, the UK and India, and supported by Natalie’s extensive agency experience across global and specialist tech markets, TSG delivers clarity, partnership and genuine care to every hire.
