You get the experience of an in-house TA team, with a fixed fee per hire.
A fixed fee per hire, from $10,000, based on your hiring volume and role mix. Fixed fees cover roles up to $150K base salary. Senior, enterprise and leadership roles are quoted separately. Fees are invoiced when your candidate signs, every hire comes with a 90-day replacement guarantee, and we work under a 12-month agreement with a minimum of 10 roles. We’ll give you exact numbers in your cost audit. All prices exclude GST.
We work in your LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS so you keep the data. If you don’t have them, we can provide or recommend tools.
